It depends entirely upon your background, prior felony record and the nature of the charge which you face. Generally, it is difficult to get probation on a violent crime.
Can you help me obtain a bond?

We can provide you names of bondmen but beyond this assistance, no.
How is the amount of the bond set?

Bonds are set by the court.
Do I qualify for drug court?

The qualifications for drug court are set by each court. You must be screened to determine if you are eligible.
